How can I pay? You may pay with all major credit cards or via PayPal. You may place a phone or fax order if you prefer.
Do I need Adobe Acrobat installed to combine my PDF files? No. Both Total PDF to DXF Converter and Total CAD Converter are stand alone applications that do not require any other programs to be installed.
I've placed an order. What else shall I do?
After your order is processed you get a regsitartion email with your key.Normally the key arrives within 24 hours after the order was placed. If you didn;t receive anything please contact us.
May I use the same license for my laptop and pc?
You may use one registered version on 2 machines for your personal use (i.e. install the program on your pc and a laptop).
I enter the key, but the software keeps unregistered.
Please, send us an email. We will offer you another way to register.
I lost my key
You do not have to repurchase Total PDF to DXF Converter or Total CAD Converter. Email us and we will resend a new key to you. It does not matter that you purchased the program 2 years ago:)
